Start by skimming through the resources below. If there is something that calls out to you, that will likely make an excellent starting point for your assignment or wellness plan.
Our lungs are the largest organs of the respiratory system. They are central to us being able to breathe, which keeps us alive. Breathing deeply and singing can also help to center us during trying times.
